Beautiful weather surrounded the Band as it lead a march of witness through the local area for the first time since 2000. Visitors to the island stopped and filmed, locals stood in gardens and watched and listened as the band passed. Numerous positive comments were heard as the band passed.
L’Islet Band joined with St Andrew’s Church for the annual Palm Sunday procession on Sunday morning. The band lead the procession in beautiful sunshine, with many people coming out of their homes to listen to and watch the band followed by the church choir and congregation.

The band of L’ISLET FORTRESS Corps in Guernsey had a busy start to the summer season, taking opportunities to witness at a number of island events over the weekend.
